Turkey New desgin Plastic rattan basket mould factory for round basket mould auto drop cold runner from Yougo Mould

Yougo mould is professional in making various of plastic basket mold. Including plastic fruit basket mould, vegetables basket mould, plastic shopping basket mould, plastic laundry basket mould, plastic drain basket mould, plastic folding fruit baskets mould, hand-held plastic basket mould and so on.

After making a lot of plastic basket moulds, we accumulated some experience.

During Manufacturing process, in order to have better cooling and high-speed injection molding, we tend to use beryllium copper on the top of the core in the plastic basket.
About the cooling of Plastic basket molds: in generally we will use a recirculating, improve product quality and the mode efficiency.

In generally, for plastic basket mould, we recommended to use 718, Shanghai Baosteel P20 materials, because these two kinds of steel, not only prolong the mold life, but also increase gloss of surface for parts from

plastic basket mould injection and it without flash.
