Injection System

Enhanced twin-cylinder twin-rod injection mechanism has reduced injection return oil pressure and improved injection speed and service life, with dual linear guide double-carriage balancing seat mechanism to enhance accuracy incylinder positioning. Precise screw has greatly improved injection precision and reduced defect rate. Optional original imported pneumatic nozzles are easy to open and close, with reliable sealing; and adopt reinforced cylinder thickness and high-power heating device to ensure plasticizing efficiency.

ENERGY SAVING

With speed controlled servomotor, drives a fixed internal gear pump. The system pressure is measured real-time by a pressure sensor. In this way it can provide the required flow according the requirement to eliminate non-functioning consumption. In total this leads to lower energy consumption, high precision, low noise and low inertia.

Basic features:

1. Support the function of 3 groups of blowing and 3 groups of core pulling.
2. Clamping, injection and ejector all adopt high precision optics encoder (standard)or linear potentiometer (optional).
3. The storage of historic records of alarms is convenient for the technique debugging and maintenance.
4. Setting production quantity and batch. Can set auto stop as per production quantity. Can coordinate with order arrangement system of iChen System.
5. Setting auto lubrication of toggle. Alarm in case of oil starvation.

6. The operation actions are showed in figures, convenient for the supervision of the operation of plastic jetting-forming machine.

7. Monitor the operate time of circulation for the convenience of adjustment to shorten the circulation time.

8.Statistics of the injection speed, pressure and the comparison between pressure standard graph and current graph, injection ending position.
