3:3DDesign/Samples for quotation Mold design according to 3D or 2D Darwings provided by customers.
4:Moldflow Conduct mold structure analysis with Moldflow to solve potential problems and make the best design plan.
5:Making mold(moulds) Confirm drawing, start to do DFM.
6:Production schedule Every week we will feedback to the customer a mold progress.
7:sample shoot We provide the molds test samples for confirmation.
8:Package Wooden case for moulds, cartons for parts
9:Delivery Deliver goods by air or by sea.FOB
