Performance It is heavier, more textured, and stronger than plastic injection molding
Casting Performance The casting performance is good. It can diecast precision parts with complex shape and thin wall (0.Sand Blastingmm), and the casting surface is smooth. Easy to do surface treatments.
Surface Treatments Surface treatment:Good surface treatment properties at polishing,electroplating, spraying and painting.
Molding During melting and die casting, there is no iron absorption, no corrosion and no die sticking.
Mechanicals It has good mechanical properties and wear resistance at room temperature
