Fluid Heating
Heaters For Semiconductor are great for heating fluid baths to a constant temperature. These heaters are ideal for use in the semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and biomedical industries. First of all, these immersion heaters provide clean heat evenly and efficiently. Furthermore, they’re compact and highly customizable. They provide a maximum process work area, and consume a minimal amount of chemicals. Moreover, wetted surfaces feature all-PFA materials, and may be used in tanks made of PVDF, PFA, or quartz. Please contact us with inquiries about other tank materials.
These rugged and durable heaters come in grid, frame, and fence models, with outputs of 1.0 to 30.0 kW. Most importantly, they feature a low watt density (≤ 4 watts/in²) for a fast heating response. Furthermore, these heaters integrate easily into most process tanks. Provide Heateflex with your specifications and tank size, and let us build an immersion heater for you.
At the heart of these immersion heaters is the patented PreciseHeater heating coil, with a efficiency of > 99% and a MTBF of more than 10 years. Moreover, a microprocessor-based temperature controller regulates the heater output. Additionally, optional safety features include both platinum and embedded ground wires, a Type-J process thermocouple, and RTD over-temperature and process thermocouples.
Maximum heating temperature of these immersion heaters is 200º C (392º F), with a temperature accuracy of ± 0.1º C (contingent on customer’s facilitation). Grid heaters are typically ¾” high, and frame heaters 1 ½” high. Outputs range from 1.0 to 30.0 kW (dependent on customer voltage), and from 120 VAC to 480 VAC, 1 or 3-ph (dependent on wattage).
