1. Digital design of the entire machine, one click adjustment.
2. Adopting a dual servo face paper correction structure, the face paper and tile paper (card paper) are automatically detected and servo corrected, ensuring high precision in tracking and adhering to the front gauge of the face paper and tile paper (card paper). The front gauge can be adjusted independently according to product needs.
3. The host adopts a large roller (160mm) design for stable operation and high efficiency. The stainless steel mesh roller of the large roller (160mm) is evenly coated with glue, saving glue amount and not throwing glue.
4. The surface of the laminating roller and pressing roller is made of special polyethylene material, and the glue automatically falls off and is free from wiping.
5. The tile paper feeding structure adopts a leading edge feeding, an extended and widened belt with large suction to ensure stable tile paper and cardboard feeding without damaging the cardboard.
6. Laminating: cardboard+cardboard, cardboard+gray cardboard+cardboard, corrugated+cardboard, corrugated+corrugated, corrugated+corrugated+cardboard, etc.

3. BRANCH INTRODUCTION:
1. Bottom Paper Feeding
The two bottom feeding part adopts lead edge feeding, the wheels use unidirectional bearing (reduce the wear of rubber wheels). The wide rubber wheels ensure that the E, F, and G corrugated does not deform.
Two sets lead edge feeding system, suction is greater, the stability is higher, and the cost of use is lower.
2. Top Sheet Feeding
Equipped with high speed feeder, and together with Becker vacuum pump. The front and rear of feeder are controlled by the servo motor. After input paper size, it will be automatically positioned.
Both paper lifting and forwarding sucker can freely adjust to ensure that whether thick or thin paper can be delivered rapidly and smoothly.
3. Eelctrical System
Mainly using Siemens electric system to ensure machine stability, high efficiency and low failure. Using man-machine interface and PLC combination, display all the information on the screen.
Machine has 7-9 servo motors.
Mainly use SKF and NSK bearings.
4. Positioning System & Glue Roller
Equipped with sensors and servo motor, control top sheets to do independent compensation action to make sure high accuracy. The design of large stainless steel anilox roller (160mm in diameter) is stable and high-efficiency, coat evenly and save glue volume.
Use a circulating glue system to reduce glue loss and stabilize glue adhesion effect.
5. Automatic Lubrication System
Lubricate the bearing regularly to prolong the service life of the bearing and save the cost.
