1. Product introduction
1.1 Product type name and model: 17.5-36kV medium voltage overhead column is installed on the metering box with test terminal junction box, JLSZXW8-17.5/24/36 type combined transformer
1.2 Product overview:
This type of metering box is an outdoor dry three-phase primary metering unit. The medium voltage metering transformer is assembled by three single-phase combination transformers. Each single-phase combined transformer includes 1 set of CT coil and 1 set of VT coil. Using alicyclic epoxy resin (CEP) vacuum casting solid encapsulation, has excellent insulation performance and hydrophobicity. The surface is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, pollution, and UV. It is suitable for outdoor overhead line installation and connection to the public power system. The metering box has all connected the secondary leads of the transformer and gathered them in the junction box with the test switch terminal block. The junction box has a door lock and anti-theft design, which is quick and easy to install. It is suitable for electrical energy measurement, current and voltage measurement in urban and rural power distribution network lines with the highest voltage of 17.5/24/36kV and below.

2. Product function and use:
Overhead pole mounted primary metering unit complies with the latest applicable industry standards and local and/or national electrical regulations (IEC, IEEE (ANSI), CAN, GOST, CEF). Used for three-phase overhead power grid energy metering management, distribution network automation management system. The primary side measurement is more accurate, and the power loss of the line can be effectively measured to reduce the loss.
3. Main features of the product:
1. The medium voltage transformer of the metering unit is composed of 3 single-phase combined transformers, which saves installation space. It is convenient and quick to install directly on the pole outdoors.
2. The metering unit is equipped with a junction box that has installed the test terminal block and the lead wire connected to the transformer. The junction box door lock seal structure is designed to prevent electricity theft. At the same time, it can also be equipped with an electric meter box on the column.
3. The meter box body is made of stainless steel or corrosion-resistant low-carbon steel with the same performance, and the sealing design is weatherproof. The surface is coated with anticorrosive paint powder layer, which is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion and UV.
4. The medium voltage combined transformer is insulated with epoxy resin solid encapsulation, and the surface is dirt-resistant and UV-resistant. It has excellent dielectric and mechanical properties, no oil, no gas, no maintenance. It can meet the requirements of safe operation and environmental protection.
5. The CT of the medium voltage combined transformer can be configured with dual ratios. VT can choose anti-short circuit and overload protection design to avoid burning and explosion caused by VT short circuit and overload.
6. One connection uses NEMA contact bar and wiring clamp connection. The terminal block of the corresponding area can be configured according to user requirements, and the lightning arrester can be selected as required.
