Description
1. FTGS-40.5 series gas-insulated switchgear uses SF6 gas as the insulating medium. The switchgear is a fully sealed and fully insulated structure; the busbar switch and all live parts are completely sealed in a non-magnetic and corrosion-resistant stainless steel box, which is filled with (0.45MPa) SF6 gas, and the protection level reaches IP67; the entire switchgear is completely unaffected by external environmental conditions, and the normal operation of the switchgear can be guaranteed even in extreme conditions such as short-term water immersion, and the product is maintenance-free for life.
2. The switchgear is equipped with a complete "five-protection" interlocking device, which completely and thoroughly eliminates personnel and equipment operation failures that may be caused by human misoperation.
3. The design life of safe operation is more than 30 years under indoor conditions (50℃) and outdoor conditions (-45℃).
4. The switch device adopts a coaxial rotating double breakpoint method, and performs kinetic operation through the cooperation of the same operating hole and the slide plate. Therefore, the switch can only be in one of the three states of "closing", "opening" and "grounding" at any time, completely avoiding misoperation.
5. All switchgear has a completely reliable pressure relief channel to ensure the personal safety of operators even in extreme situations.
6. Switchgear is divided into two categories: fixed unit combination and expandable unit combination.
7. The switchgear generally has front-side input and output lines, but top-out or side-extended output lines can also be implemented according to different plan positions.
8. The overall size of the switchgear is easy to install and can be used in places with small spaces and poor environmental conditions.
