MPS3100 Series Pulse Radar Bit Meter (Top-view measuring system/Pulse radar bit meter)
MPS3000 Series pulse radar bit meter is a " overhead measurement system based on the principle of time stroke. The instrument transmits a micro-power microwave pulse of 1 mW from the radar antenna (such as 26G frequency radar, that is, a t-1 nS pulse, 26GHz sine wave signal). This pulse propagates in space at the speed of light and touches the surface of the measured medium, and part of its energy is reflected back and received by the same antenna. The time interval between the emitted pulse and the receiving pulse is proportional to the distance of the antenna to the surface of the measured medium.
Product characteristics:
1. No blind spots
2. High precision, two-line manufacturing technology, is the differential pressure, magnetostrictive, radio frequency guide, magnetic flip plate and other alternative products,
3. It is not affected by pressure change, vacuum, temperature change, inert gas, dust, steam and other environment, and the measurement results are stable and reliable.
4. Dual CPU, stronger hardware processing ability, more intelligent algorithm and more stable system
5. Double warehouse case, standard with magnetic keys, high protection level
6. Special manual operator, which supports remote debugging and diagnosis
7. Standard anti-surge protector, level 4 electromagnetic compatibility
8. Suitable for high temperature working conditions, up to 150℃ process temperature, and can reach 350℃ when using high temperature extended antenna
9. Instrument graphics dot array liquid crystal supports the field waveform display and the establishment of false echo and other complex operations. Reduce the instrument operation difficulty and maintenance workload.
10. The liquid crystal display unit can be externally connected to 50m (12C) and 2km (HART) to form the display operation unit beside the tank.
11. Reduce the large tank body and high temperature. Risk and labor intensity of daily inspection of instruments in high pressure and toxic areas,
