ABB TZIDC Intelligent (Smart) Digital Positioner V18345
ABB Series of TZIDC Intelligent, also known as "smart" positioners combines high accuracy, adaptable control functions and easy commissioning using the auto stroke functions. The TZIDC is idealy suited for both mounting on control valves using rotary actuators using standard Namur mounting hardware, but can also be used for linear control valves. Options include a gauge block, and analog/digital feed back.
The standard model TZIDC-100 ( V18345 ) comes with HART communication, and Profibus The TZIDC-110 ( V18346 ) Profibus the and TZIDC-120 ( V18347 ) with Fieldbus. The TZIDC can be set up for single and double acting actuators and fail safe (open or close) or fail freeze (hold last position)
Fully automatic determination of the control parameters and adaptation to the final control element yield considerable time savings and an optimal control behavior.
The TZIDC can be used in general purpose and hazardous area with intrinsically barriers and FM/CSA and ATEX approvals are available. The TZIDC positioners are made in Germany. The units which we sell are supplied by ABB-USA.
