MC700 series red oil differential pressure gauge

The MC700 red oil differential pressure meter is widely used to measure fan and blower pressure, filter resistance, wind speed, furnace pressure, orifice differential pressure, bubble level and liquid amplifier or hydraulic system pressure, as well as air gas ratio control and automatic valve control during combustion, as well as blood pressure and respiratory pressure monitoring in healthcare equipment.

Installation method

First, install the differential pressure gauge on the wall or vertical plane with screws through two mounting holes. Adjust the horizontal position so that the bubble in the level is in the center position, and then tighten and fix the differential pressure gauge.

Turn the zero button counterclockwise until it stops, and then turn it clockwise about 3 times (mark reading is possible)

Begin to fill the differential pressure gauge with red oil. After twisting the plug of the liquid hole, fill the red oil bottle from the injection hole to the red oil

Close to 0 scale, tighten the plug.

Red oil differential pressure gauge zero. After the red oil is stable, turn the zero adjustment button under normal pressure to align the zero point with the red oil level

Finally, use the red oil differential pressure gauge hose to connect the High pressure, Low pressure and the "high" low "air nozzle of the differential pressure gauge respectively, and the installation is completed
