Description

Limit pipe support system approach minimizes laydown space issues and significantly reduces labor time, resulting in cost savings for the project. These “piping modules” can be conveniently installed on the pipeline with all of the piping components already in place. Additional benefits include an improved project schedule, safe working conditions at waist-high levels, decreases in scaffolding, and overall construction cost savings.

Compositions

A complete insulated pipe support system is composed of insulated pipe supports and cold insulation materials. The cold insulation material is the most important part of the insulated pipe support system, which is high density polyisocyanurate (HDPIR).

In addition to the main cold insulation materials, the insulated pipe support system can also be equipped with the following auxiliary materials according to the requirements: damp proof layer, metal protective layer, rubber plate, metal pipe clamp, bolt and nut, butterfly spring, cold insulation washer, polytetrafluoroethylene sliding pair, steam insulation resistance, etc., in order to meet the design needs and ensure the safe and reliable use of the pipe support system.

Application

It is mainly used for bearing and heat insulation of pipes and equipment in petrochemical plant, liquefied gas plant, refrigeration warehouse and central air conditioning system.

Packing and Storage

All parts will be fitted together in workshop. Finished product shall be wrapped by anti-ultraviolet polythene film, then packed in wooden case.

HDPIR

HDPIR is a kind of foaming polymer, with the features of plastic, rubber and cork. The raw materials are isocyanate, polyether, foaming agent, catalyst, flame retardant, etc. After high speed stirring, materials react and foam to cellular structure product, composed of millions of tiny and uniform sealed cells. It provide benefits of low density, low thermal conductivity, low water absorption. The performance is better than timber.
