APPLICATION

The Automatic Hollow Glass Spacer Bending Machine With Drilling Gas Filling Hole And Four Spacer Storages is used to apply Siemens control system and touch screen operation to achieve automatically bend aluminum and warm edge spacers of insulating glass evenly, and the machine has functions of size optimization calculation, evading connected pieces and connecting automatically. The machine can process angle size well and control the anger size in 0.015mm. It also can bend special-shaped frame and it improves practicability of machines by humanization designed. So the machine can greatly increase bending efficiency, it only spends 26s to bend a 1m*1m frame. So it is necessary equipment in hollow glass productions.
