Application of product:
It is mainly used for sucking flat and smooth objects such as glass and ceramic tiles. It uses the
toughness and deformation of the rubber chassis to create a vacuum, and uses atmospheric
pressure to suck the items firmly, so as to achieve the purpose of lifting and carrying the items.
This screen lists several function buttons that are used frequently in daily production:
When the production is finished, use this function to close the pressing plate to prevent dust
from falling into the contaminated glass, and to avoid the influence of moist air on the flatness
of the pressing plate.
When the first piece of glass is adsorbed by the front press plate, use this function to take out
the glass, the press plate automatically closes, releases the glass, and transmits it to the press
release section.
Note: when using this function, it is necessary to ensure that there is no glass on the conveyor
belt of the back pressure plate, otherwise it is easy to crush the glass. When the second piece
of glass has entered the flat pressure section, it can be switched to manual mode to reverse
the glass.
Position compensation value of front panel display: it is to compensate for the deviation
between the opening position of front panel and the actual opening position of front panel.
Actual opening position of front plate: it shows the position of front plate in real time.
Value of front plate electronic ruler: it is the value of real-time display electronic ruler.
The value of the electronic ruler when the front plate is opened for overhaul: the value of the
electronic ruler when the front plate is opened for overhaul is set.
The value of the electronic ruler when the front plate is zero: the value of the electronic
ruler when the front plate is completely closed.
Beam display position compensation value: it is to compensate for the deviation between
the position of beam and the actual position of beam expansion.
Actual position of the beam: it shows the position of the beam in real time.
Beam electronic ruler value: it is the value of beam electronic ruler displayed in real time.
The value of the electronic ruler when the beam is extended: the value of the electronic
ruler when the beam's dc electric push rod is fully extended.
