1. System introduction

The system is controlled by a motion controller that can provide continuous sealing of double glazing of various sizes. There are two sets of independent sealant supply systems for double glazing / double glazing insulation. It is possible to manufacture double glazing and triple glazing, and at the same time, it is possible to seal the two spaces of triple glazing. A common way to work with a machine is from right to left when facing the machine. The system consists of three sections: an input section, a sealing section, and an output section.

2. Function

1) The friendly man-machine interface is concise and makes the user more convenient to operate.

2) This system is equipped with a thickness detector and a depth detector with a high resolution sensor. By combining the automatic sealing function and the amount adjustment of the adhesive, the production efficiency can be greatly improved. The sealant supply system is from Taiwan AIRTAC.

3) Equipped with a dedicated mixer, the black sealant and white sealant are mixed well.

4) The system has two sets of sealing systems (optional) that allow you to easily change the adhesive during manufacturing.

5) This system can be used for triple glazing. First, glue the first space. When finished, adjust the angle at which the rubber head glues the second space.

6) The V-belt can be automatically adjusted according to the thickness of the glass. An accurate synchronous belt transmission system that ensures stable and clear movement of the glass.

7). The rubber head pressure device can adjust the moving cylinder pressure of the adhesive head with the precision of the electric proportional valve so that the adhesive head attaches the glass more smoothly. With the structure that centers the rubber head, the rubber head can be adjusted according to the thickness of the glass to ensure the adhesive effect. All edge and corner sealing eliminates air bubbles and coats completely without manual trimming.
