The glass must be edged before cleaning, otherwise it will scratch the supporting wheel and make the hair on the brush fall off, reducing the service life.

1. Adjust the water temperature controller in the electric box according to the actual situation to set the water temperature, generally in the range of 15 °C to 50 °C.

Neutral detergent can also be added to achieve the best cleaning effect.

2. Adjust the speed regulating knob on the cleaning machine panel and adjust the transmission speed according to the glass dirt.

3. The thickness of cleaning glass is 3 ~ 15 mm, and trace water droplets are allowed on the back edge of the glass after drying.

4. After the installation and adjustment, please run the test according to the operation instructions. If the glass is broken due to poor adjustment, it is necessary to quickly stop and clean the broken glass, so as not to scratch the brush and the transfer roller.
