II. Technical performance:
1. All main frames of equipment use quality rectangle steel pipe groups of national standard welded and fitted with bolt.
2.Program control uses imported SIMENS programmable controller, fitted with touch panel.
3.The machine was designed with concise appearance and conforms to the modern factory with safe signs, and reference to the Euro IEC standard from design until manufacture and installation.
4.All-digital control with precise positioning and speedy flexibility; All speed can be adjustable according to production line speed.
5.The X and Y Axis movement and lifting up & down function of for the suction cup lifter will be controlled by the Servo motor .The suction cup system can lift up and down, move forwards and backwards, move left to right, can rotate 90 degree.
6.Adopts full-closed loop control system for precisely positioning for the machine and stable running.
7.The gantry crane works with vacuum suction cup lifter and it can handle Max weight 1000KG including glass weight and the suction cup lifter weight.
8.Unloading cycle time: ≤60S. This is not including the time that operator inspecting the glass ect.

Technical performance:
1. It adopts Mitsubishi PLC control,10 inches touch screen.the dynamical system adopts 3 servo motor drive,it is easy to operate.the putting way for glass is of common putting,up/down putting;
2.The V belt can automatically adjust to the center position of glass thickness;The motor drives ballscrew of reduction gear to adjust the V belt.The displacement sensor inducts the original point,and move on the liner track;
3. The machine-head automatically goes up to the glass height,if glass size is too small,it is not necessary to go up;the servo motor drives the reduction gear by chain sprocket on the liner track to make the machine head up/down,so that it can accurately the needed height;
4. The transportation section automatically conveys the glass to the center position of sucker support.The servo motor drives the reduction gear by chain sprocket on the liner track to transport the glass to the sucker central position;
5.The suckers inhale,stretch,the arms stretch out to reach the given negative pressure,the negative pressure gauge has protective effect,and can avoid the the glass broken in case of the air leakage.
6.The machine can save labor 2-3people,and improve the working efficiencyby 2times
7.The sucker up/down, sucker front/back,V belt transportation are drived by servo motor,it can be put at the accurate position;
8.The sucker support can automatically adjust at up/down by glass's length and width;When glass reaches to the needed position,the assistant bracket goes backward; The two air cylinder drives the four-bar linkage to make the active plate move front/back,so that it can guarantee the parallel synchronicity.
