LJJ2535 Insulating Glass Sealing robot
Application
LJTJ2535 is the latest automatic vertical insulating glass sealing robot. It is used to coat double glazed glass through mixing the A component and B component together according to a certain percentage. Applied to double/triple/shaped and stepped glasses (Optional) with stable performance and easy operation.
Mechanical head is placed in front
Achieve the real connection with IG line when doing stepped glass.
Storage Function
It can store three pieces of insulating glasses on the three belts ( less than 1.8m.), it need 2 more sets servo motors, control systems.
Eight Servos
The robot uses eight YASKAWA servos, four of them control transmission parts, in the another four servos, they control sucker, lifting, driving and Forward & backward movement and rotating.
Single Glue System
Equipped with single A component and single B component.
Double Glue Systems(option )
Equipped with two sets of A components and two sets of B components, which can be used for two kinds of sealants, such as silicone rubber, polysulfide rubber and silicone structural adhesive.
Double /triple Shaped / stepped glass Function (Optional)
With the development of updating technology, the sealing robot can coat eight shaped glasses according to the glass market.(but it’s optional function , before order this function should confirm manufacturer)
Electric proportional valve: the rubber nozzle fit the glass gap is more perfect and stable.

The glass edge and corner is full without air bubbles, smooth surface, no need to pare the corner
Synchronous belt transmission
to make the glass being transferred smoothly with accurate positioning
Electric and compressed air switch valve: Ensure electrical automatic switch, stable performance and uniform coating.

LJGZ2020 Automatic desiccant filling machine
APPLICATION
The machine can automatically achieve actions of drilling holes automatically in the insulating glass spacing frames, filling desiccant and sealant. The control system adopts Germany Siemens, so the speed of filling is quick and stable operation ensure the valid closure property of sealant. The machine improves quality of insulating glass, it’s a necessary equipment in the process of insulating glasses.
