Glass Washing Machine.
This machine is consists of three parts: feeding section, washing section and unloading
Briefly
1.All the washing parts adopts stainless steel and rust-proof materials
2. 4 pcs of brushes, 4 pcs of spong rollers, to ensure the glass is clean and dryness after washing
3.The machine is easy to operate, all the operation can be finished on the operating table.
Water System
Made of 3 water boxes and 4 circulating water system, and the quality of water influence
the cleanliness of glass surface.
Air Road System
The distance between the air knives and plane can be adjusted, when the glass thickness changed, you need to adjust the distance.
Maintenance
It is a very important matter to do routine maintenance for the machines, you should always observe the moving parts of the machine, water system, air system, electrical system, in case of emergency immediately stop checking: bearing and lubrication for all lubrication points lubrication in time.
