Various combinations of bulk density, insulation properties and compressive strength, commonly V-1100(500), V-1100(1000), and V-1200 are chosen for the excellent performance in strength and thermal insulation performance.
And the another important feature in the Aluminum Electrolytic cells is that the V-1100 and V-1200 series do not corrosion by the molten aluminum and are resistant to cryolite penetration and fluorides. It helps to maintain the cells service life and keep the better running of the aluminum electrolytic processing.
