QCA9880-BR4A-R is a highly integrated wireless local area network (WLAN) system-on-chip (SoC) for 5 GHz 802.11ac or 2.4/5 GHz 802.11n WLAN applications.

• Supports spatial multiplexing, cyclic-delay diversity (CDD), low-density parity check (LDPC), maximal ratio combining (MRC), Space Time Block Code (STBC)

• Smart antenna diversity

• Single-ended RF ports with integrated matching simplify board design and layout

• Integrated 1.2 V switching regulator

• Data rates of up to 1.3 GBps in 802.11ac 80 MHz channels

• Data rates of up to 216.7 Mbps for 20 MHz channels and 450 Mbps for 40 MHz channels using reduced (short) guard interval in 802.11n mode
