Product Description

TPS568230RJER is a cost effective, high voltage input, high efficiency synchronous buck converter with an integrated MOSFET.
TPS568230RJER features ULQ™ (ultra-low quiescent current) for low bias current. The device uses DCAP3™ control mode to provide fast transient response, good line and load regulation without external compensation, and supports low equivalent series resistance (ESR) output capacitors such as dedicated polymer and ultra-low ESR ceramic capacitors.
TPS568230RJER is available in a 20-pin 3.0mm x 3.0mm HotRod™ package and is rated for a junction temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
