The SIM6822M are high voltage 3-phase motor driver ICs in which transistors, a pre-driver IC (MIC), and bootstrap circuits (diodes and resistors) are highly integrated.

●CMOS-compatible Input (3.3 V or 5 V)
●Bare Lead Frame: Pb-free (RoHS Compliant)
●Isolation Voltage: 1500 V (for 1 min)UL-recognized Component (File No.: E118037) (SIM6880M UL Recognition Pending)
●Fault Signal Output at Protection Activation (FO Pin)
●High-side Shutdown Signal Input (SD Pin)
