Transparent film automatic metering system

Purchased parts all choose elements produced by famous company, and controlled by microcomputer. Using digital signal processing technique and advanced windows operating floor to realize full digital control and intelligent data acquisition. Using weighing sensor module as transfer element, sending weighing signal to computer control system, and then, control system will automatically operate according to user preference and control valve switch, weighing many kinds of materials. So, users can do simple operation just only through operation panel Settings and selecting some parameters, to realize accurate measurement control of many kinds of materials. This system also has the storage function of process formula management and weight of materials, which is convenient for users to use and manage, and to improve the product quality.

3.1Main Machine Part

3.1.1 The screw material is alloy steel, contain one piece main screw(1000mm), 10pcs planetary screws(10pcs which is 1000mm), cutter head and tooth cover.
