SJ Series High Efficient Single Screw Extruder Used For PP/PE/PS/ABS/PVC

This machine is mainly used to process PP, PE, PP-R, ABS and other plastics. Equipped with auxiliary machines, it can manufacture profile, pipe, sheets and other plastic products and granulation. It has the advantage of simple production technological process, high output, stable quality and low cost.

SJ Series High Efficient Single Screw Extruder used for PP/PE/PS/ABS/PVC

This unit is mainly used in extruding PE, polyolefin and other thermoplastic plastic. It can process all kind of plastic products with auxiliary machine concerned, such as film, pipe, stick, plate, thread, ribbon, insulating layer of cable, hollow products and so on. It is also used in graining. The machine design is advanced, production capacity is high, plasticization is good, and energy consumption is low. The extruder adopts hard gear surface for transmission. It has advantages of low noise, smooth operation, large loading, long use-life and so on.

SJ series high efficient single screw extruder is developed by our company adopting German latest advanced technology. Screw optimizes composing separate type screw and mixing parts.

Barrel optimizes composing groove barrel and lengthened feeding segment. There is advantage as following by using separate type screw and groove barrel together.

It’s optimized during material melting process. Thus get more extrusion throughput.

It is realized extruding melt material in low temperature.

Cutting function is caused through separate clearance and it makes material equal well.

It’s controlled during melt plasticization process. Therefore only granules that smaller than separate clearance can enter melt channel.

Wide manufacture range for different materials. It is suitable for all kind of polyolefin materials and especially for material for HDPE, PP, and ABS pipe.

The extruder turns solid plastic into uniform melt and transfer it to the next craft by heating , pressing, shearing and other methods.

9. Commercial Terms

1. Payment: 30% by T/T as advance payment, balance(70%) by T/T before shipment

2. Lead Time: 60 days after receiving the advance payment

3. Transportation: container, simple package ( PE film, salver)

4.Warranty period: From the day of the use of the machine in the buyer’s factory:

(1) The mechanical Parts: 12 months

(2) The electrical Parts: 6 months

5. Installations and Commissioning

(1) Up to date commissioning has been made before shipment

(2) Overseas Commissioning and charges

one or two technicians will be sent to the buyer to guide the installation and commissioning of the equipment if the customer requests.

Customers pay the charge of our technicians.

(1) Round-trip Airplane Ticket

(2) Charges of transportation, accommodation and communication

(3) The allowance for the technicians is USD 80 per day for one person.

(4) An interpreter is needed.
