4. Applications:

The four-roll calender to be mainly used for single-face and double-face coating of carcass and canvas and continuous production of rubber sheet.

Thickness of sheet 0.3 – 6 mm is preferable

a. Roll is made of chilled cast iron alloy, finishing machined surface, hard and wearable; with drilled holes on roll circumferential edge, adopting overheat water to heat, getting good heating effect.

b. Roll bearings are tail-made double row radial rolling bearing, bearing body made of cast iron, having good shock absorption performance and enough strength.

c. Equipped with perfect accessories: axis cross unit, preloading device, warp beaming unit, air bubble puncturing unit, upper and lower swing feeding unit, position limiting and emergency stop.

d. Thickness-measuring device is product either from America NDC or Italy ES. Tension sensor (or force-measuring bearing) is product from Switzerland FMS.

e. Automatic cutting device is of mechanically synchronous and silencing cutting product, with safe and reliable operation.

f. Wind-up is double-station centering winder, including two separate winding setups and one working-station overturn mechanism, the whole winder has features of simple operation and low labour intensity.

g. Drive sysytem adopts digital speed regulating device as driver, entire machine adopts PC as controller and providing Fieldbus control technology.

h. The speed reducer is equipped with the hard surface gear, layered box body, concentrated driving and separate lubricating sysytem for supplying forced lubrication of gear.

9. Commercial terms
1. Payment: 30% by T/T as advance payment, balance(70%) by T/T before shipment
2. Lead Time: 120 days after receiving the advance payment
3. Transportation: container, simple package ( PE film, salver)
4.Warranty period: From the day of the use of the machine in the buyer’s factory:
(1) The mechanical Parts: 12 months
(2) The electrical Parts: 6 months
5. Installations and Commissioning
(1) Up to date commissioning has been made before shipment
(2) Overseas Commissioning and charges one or two technicians will be sent to the buyer to guide the
installation and commissioning of the equipment if the customer requests.
Customers pay the charge of our technicians.

(3) The allowance for the technicians is USD 80 per day for one person.
