It is used for calendering of rubber, fabric frictioning and coating,sheeting and composite of rubber.

Two rollers-five rolers, diameter Ø160-Ø700mm; Length 300-2500mm.

3. Description:

1) There are many speeds and speed ratios available, which can satisfy most customer's formula and processing requirements.

2) Frame and base, looking very nice, are welded and treated by annealing for stress relieving.

3) The calender is equipped with rolling bearings.

4) The roller is made of chilled cast iron alloy(LTG-H), equipped with rotating joint. Its surface finish is over Ra 0.8, bored and drilled rollers are optional.

5) Full range of bending deflections is optional including crown roller, inflection and acis crossing roller.

6) Different control systems are available to customers, including bus-mastering system, PLC control system and general control system.

7) The flexible design system can satisfy customers' special design requirements within the shortest time.

4. Applications:

The four-roll calender to be mainly used for single-face and double-face coating of carcass and canvas and continuous production of rubber sheet.

Thickness of sheet 0.3 – 6 mm is preferable

9. Commercial terms
1. Payment: 30% by T/T as advance payment, balance(70%) by T/T before shipment
2. Lead Time: 120 days after receiving the advance payment
3. Transportation: container, simple package ( PE film, salver)
4.Warranty period: From the day of the use of the machine in the buyer’s factory:
(1) The mechanical Parts: 12 months
(2) The electrical Parts: 6 months
5. Installations and Commissioning
(1) Up to date commissioning has been made before shipment
(2) Overseas Commissioning and charges one or two technicians will be sent to the buyer to guide the
installation and commissioning of the equipment if the customer requests.
Customers pay the charge of our technicians.

(3) The allowance for the technicians is USD 80 per day for one person.
