This Calendar line is able to produce a wide range of PVC film and sheet products for different applications. The line is composed of φ450×1350mm roller “Γ” type 6-roll Calendar, 150 planetary extruder, and together with up-stream and down-stream auxiliary equipment.

3. Description

⑴ 1#,2#,3# roll are alloy chilled cast iron, roller all processed by centrifugal casting, chilled layer thickness equally, roller hardness reach HS68-72；1#,2#,3# roll all circum drill；4#,5# roll are forged steel drill, roller surface after heating treatment, surface hardness HRC55. Roller surface full indicator movement less than ±0.005mm(after calendar install and test).

⑵ 1#,2#,3# roll surface chroming treatment, grinding and polishing treatment, surface roughness Ra0.20,4#,5# roller surface chroming treatment, grinding and polishing , chroming thickness ≥0.10 MM, roll surface roughness Ra0.05( mirror surface)

⑶ Roller use individual transmission method, universal coupling drive.

⑷ Drive motor use frequency converter motor and control system control, 2#,3#,4# roller drive power each 55kw. 1#,5# roller drive power 45 kw.

⑸ Roller bearing high temperature resistance, high precision special roller bearing( Beijing bearing factory, D grade), use thin oil cycle lubrication , oil pumper use one use one spare, use multitubular type cooler cooling lubricate oil, protect the lubricate oil working under best cooling condition. Also bearing have good cavity, can make bearing lubricate completely, extend the life time of bearing. Bearing base and roller use Teflon material including graphite as sealing , sealing have long life time, and decrease the friction damage, save the power. The connection between lubrication pipe to bearing based use metal soft pipe, easy for customer to replace roller.

⑹ Main machine use high precise , small gap type reduction box transmission. This reduction box is special for plastic calendar machine, produce according to national standard ZBJ19004-88, Gear precise grade 6 ,gear material is good quality alloy steel. Gear transmission smoothly, low noise ( Less than 80 db), high precision. Universal coupling drive, roller line speed max 40 m/ minute. Reduction box is double shaft type, easy for return material when power off.

⑺ Machine frame, beam and base use structural steel welding structure, after several heating process and mechanical treatment, to ensure the precise requirement. Frame and beam cover with stainless steel.

⑻ Roller use oil heating, when reach working temperature the roller surface temperature error ±1；equipped with rotate joint( Shanghai humin),stainless steel soft pipe.

⑼ 1#,2#,3#,5# roller with left and right electrical distance adjust and max roller distance limit. Can adjust the distance individual or together. Easy for change sheet thickness. Distance adjust motor tail have manual wheel, can open roller distance easily when power off.

⑽ 4# roller with electrical + hydraulic crossing device, max distance 20mm.

⑾ Ward off material device made by copper ward off material plate, use double speed motor adjust width.

Fix(Six) Roll Calender is Applicated in producing high grade rigid transparent PVC sheet, colorful PVC
sheet, flexible PVC sheet,such as food package,medicine package and other uptake plastic container.

9. Commercial terms
1. Payment: 30% by T/T as advance payment, balance(70%) by T/T before shipment
2. Lead Time: 120 days after receiving the advance payment
3. Transportation: container, simple package ( PE film, salver)
4.Warranty period: From the day of the use of the machine in the buyer’s factory:
(1) The mechanical Parts: 12 months
(2) The electrical Parts: 6 months
5. Installations and Commissioning
(1) Up to date commissioning has been made before shipment
(2) Overseas Commissioning and charges one or two technicians will be sent to the buyer to guide the
installation and commissioning of the equipment if the customer requests.
Customers pay the charge of our technicians.

(2) Charges of transportation, accommodation and communication
(3) The allowance for the technicians is USD 80 per day for one person.
(4) An interpreter is needed.
