1)If I have Battery/Liquid/Powder/Chemical items to be sent,is it will be ok?
A:About hazardous items and chemical items,we need to see the MSDS paper first to checkif it can be accepted by airlines,If there is related SRICI/DGM report,it will be more helpful.

2) Can you consolidate/combine my several suppliers' goods into one shipment?
A:Yes, we have been doing that a lot. We will re-make CI & PL for your import custom needs.

3).What shall I do here in my country before I receive the goods?
A: If in term of TO AIRPORT service, you need to find out a local broker to make import customs clearance for you or we can introduce our strong agent to you.They can help you at your side.

4). Are there any charges at my side and what are they?
A: Yes, like entry customs clearance fee, import local charges and import customs duty/tax (if applicable) and delivery to door fee etc.

5) How can I pay you?
A: You can pay by Trade Assurance, bank transfer (T/T) and Paypal.

6) My supplier has no right to export. Can you help me export the goods?
A: Yes, we can. We can buy the export license, do the customs declaration and ship the goods to you.
