Production Line:

We have 4 automatic production line, which covers whole series of Apple cell phone batteries, monthly output can reach up to 1 million pcs. We can also meet the customize requirements from all the clients.

New automatic production line for batteries, plastic, cutting, protection plate automatic welding, battery silk-screen printing. WIth the top leading automation equipment, ensure product quality and production efficiency.

The protection plate of the battery core is produced after high speed SMT patch, unleaded reflow soldering, AOI equipment automatic inspection, 100% functional test, ensure the quality of the battery core device is stable and reliable.

After 100% capacity test , the final product need test again with functional test and visual inspection to ensure the products are qualified.
