Brief Introduction:
VB-62.5 digital low-load Brinell hardness tester is a high-tech electro-mechanical and electromechanical product. The machine is novel in design, with good reliability, operability and intuition.
VB-62.5 adopts digital Brinell microscopes with adjustable LED illuminator, doesn’t need the operator to read the detail length of indentation, just to aim the D1, D2 diagonal of indentation and press the length key twice above the Microscope, then the built-in computer can compute the Brinell scale and display the final testing result on LCD display automatically;
Features:
VB-62.5 is a half automatic and intelligent Brinell hardness testing machine, it adopts the pressure sensor to replace the traditional quality weight, this innovative design makes the instrument more accurate;
VB-62.5 selection of testing force and dwell time is controlled and monitored on the front panel, it is automatic during the process of loading, dwell and unloading;
VB-62.5 adopts digital Brinell microscopes with adjustable LED illuminator, it doesn’t need the operator to read the detail length of indentation, it only needs operator to aim the D1, D2 diagonal of indentation and press the length key twice above the Microscope, then the built-in computer can compute the Brinell scale and display the final testing result on LCD display automatically;
