Main Features:

● Frictionless spindle, high test force accuracy;

● High-precision optical measurement system, precision coordinate test bench;

● Adopt ARM high-speed processor, small LCD screen;

● The test process is automated, the operation is simple, and there is no human error;

● Optional Knoop indenter for Knoop hardness test;

● IQUALITROL self-developed Vickers measurement system is optional, which can realize online function through data line, control all actions of hardness tester on computer, automatically capture indentation image, automatically measure hardness value, automatically generate hardness curve, and automatically calculate effective hardened layer depth;

● Accuracy meets GB/T4340.2 ISO6507-2 and American ASTM E384.
