Prior to production, meticulous checks are carried out to ensure all machinery is in optimal condition.
Each wire's diameter is scrutinized using a microcaliper to confirm the tolerance levels, uniform zinc coating, and absence of any imperfections.
Regular surface inspections are conducted every 500 pieces, with defective ones promptly discarded.
Fine-tuning of welding machine parameters, wire spacing, and other variables precedes the production of 3 to 5 test sheets to evaluate size, flatness, diagonal accuracy, and welding strength. Any deviations prompt parameter adjustments before commencing bulk production.
The first 5 sheets are meticulously assessed, followed by checks every 50 sheets. Concurrently, a designated worker conducts random inspections during welding to ensure consistent quality throughout.
Detailed assessments of sheet dimensions, wire spacing, diagonal alignment, welding strength, and overhang dimensions are performed.
Upon confirmation of compliance across all parameters, the mesh sheets are meticulously packed, ready for dispatch.
