Why Fully Automatic PET Blow Molding Machine

Lower investment cost for equivalent output

Perform higher speed, automatic producing and no flash or trimmings

Since this process does not require secondary heating, with the help from servo-driven injection system, this blow molding machine is able to save up to 40% in energy consumption while improving the overall output by 25%

major advantages of stretch blow molding is the ability to stretch the preform in both the hoop direction and the axial direction.

This biaxial stretching of material increases the tensile strength, barrier properties, drop impact, clarity, and top load in the container.

With these increases it is usually possible to reduce the overall weight in a container by 10 to 15 percent less then other molding method.

Fixed orientation: ISBM machine could make bottles with the same orientation of screw, which could make the closures (screw cap, flip caps, pump, etc.) pointing in the same direction.
