Why jar blow molding machine / injection blow molding machine / plastic manufacturing machine

Conventional Single-stage process: The bottles are produced on machines that implement BOTH steps 1 and 2 by using PET raw material to mould preforms and then directly stretch-blow-moulding these preforms into the finished bottles or jars. Single-stage machines are well suited to medium production rates as well as for containers with non-standard necks, for which preforms would not be readily available in the market.

Such machines typically have three or four stations (injection, (conditioning), stretch-blowing and container ejection) with a rotary indexing table for transferring the preforms between stations. There are separate clamping units for opening and closing the injection moulds and the blow moulds.

Fully automatic control, easy to operate; realize no human hand contact in the production process of the product, to ensure that the product is clean and hygienic.

The machine can provide rapid molding performance, and there is no debris or connecting wires at the bottom or side of the bottle.

It allows more flexibility of shapes and geometries when processing because the preform is stretch blown immediately into the blow cavities which gives greater control of wall thicknesses.

This high-volume machine can produce bottles with multiple cavities at once.
