Conventional Single-stage process: The bottles are produced on machines that implement BOTH steps 1 and 2 by using PET raw material to mould preforms and then directly stretch-blow-moulding these preforms into the finished bottles or jars.

3 stations of injection, stretching & blowing and products demoulding are integrated into one blowing machine frame.

Hollow containers are one-step formed from raw material to finished products.

Machine is compact, from the raw material to the finished product, no need to purchase injection molding machine, it can reduce equipment investment cost greatly and save workshop space (machine and bottle preform storage space).

Lower electricity consumption, lower resources requirements, considering that there is no need for packing, storing and transporting preforms.

Shaping ability: the preform remains warm during the process, which could present a better shaping ability, a sharper angle.

when processing because the preform is stretch blown immediately into the blow cavities which gives greater control of wall thicknesses.

Suitable for all containers irrespective of neck design and weight, considering that there is no restriction to only the preforms available on the market.
