Water jar making machine / blow molding equipment is widely used for various plastic materials and has broad application prospects

This process begins with a preform being made as done in the injection method. The preforms are then heated up, usually with infrared heaters. Then it is blown with high pressure air using metal blow molds. The preform is stretched using a core rod. This process is generally used when making bottles, jars, and other containers.

Applicable to the thermoplastic materials such as PET, PC, PS, Tritan, PCTG, PETG, etc. and widely used in manufacture of packaging bottles for pharmaceuticals, healthcare product and cosmetic industries.

  3. To use the machine only need to connect power and connect to the air supply and water supply according to the manual or video instructions if requested.
