Why stretch blow molding process / PET jar blowing machine / semi auto PET blow moulding machine

The core component of the one-step injection (stretch) blowing process is a triangular turntable, which rotates at 120 degrees.

The plastic melt is injected into the parison under low injection pressure, and the neck of the bottle is precisely shaped.

After proper control, the mold is opened and the mandrel and parison are transferred to the stretch/blowing station.

Compressed air is then blown into the stretched parison to expand to the bottles mold.

Once the bottle is cooled the mold is opened and the finished bottle is emptied from the mold cavity.

Low risk on the mold development and testing with single machine purchase.

The one step method was preferred by jar supplier and empty bottle supplier because the entire molding process is done with only 1 machine.

The two step method requires 2 machines, one to make the preform and another one to process it, requiring more energy to operate.

Shaping ability: the preform remains warm during the process, which could present a better shaping ability, a sharper angle.

Suitable for all containers irrespective of neck design and weight, considering that there is no restriction to only the preforms available on the market.
