Steel Bar Chamfering and Grinding Machine for Steel Production Line

Angle Adjustable Steel Bar Chamfer Grinding Machine

Technical Features:

1. Semi-automatic with manual feeding, automatic chamfering driven by hydraulic.
2. Chamfering at one side (flat face), tow sides (internal and external of tube) or three sides (flat face, internal and external) can be choosen according to your requirements.
3. Material available: carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, etc.
4. Chamfering knife forward, backward and chamfering working are all automatically driven by hydraulic.
5. Chamfering process can be finished at one time at fast speed and accurate chamfering requirements.
6. Clamp device and knife holder are precisely designed for ensure the center line between work piece and knife holder at the same level.
7. Good mechanical parts ensure the running of machine in high stability.
