Product Description
In this scheme, equipped with one set of 50-ton continuous charging arc furnace, one set of 50-ton ladle refining furnace (optional), one set of supporting dust removal system (optional), one set of cooling water treatment system, etc.
It adopts continuous charging electric arc furnace smelting process, continuous EAF conveys steel scrap and auxiliary raw materials to the furnace through special conveying equipment, prheating of the charges at the same time of smelting, its smoke and dust emissions and noise are small, which can improve the environment.
Compared with traditional technology or other technologies, EAF has high productivity, smelting cycle is less than 40min, it is easy to match with the continuous casting machine, and the power cost is the lowest.
