4. After the main cone assembly is installed on the reducer shell, the driven wheel is installed, the coupling nut bolt with the differential shell is cleaned, and the fastening glue GY340# and LT271# are coated on the thread surface. Adjust the axial position of the driven wheel, so that the gear pair meshing clearance is between 0.2-0.4mm, and then carry out a trial operation to ensure that the position of the contact spot is in the middle of the tooth surface, the front surface is small, the reverse surface can be biased to the large end, and the width of the contact shift point is generally not less than 7mm.
