4, Working principle

The raw materials of the machine-made sand are uniformly conveyed to the sand making machine by the hopper, and the distributor divides the raw materials into two parts. A part of the distributor enters the high-speed rotating impeller, accelerates in the impeller, and then is thrown out of the three evenly distributed flow channels of the impeller at high speed, impacting, colliding and crushing with a part of the free falling materials. The material can be crushed to about 50 mm machine-made sand after being impacted twice or more in the crushing chamber.

During the whole crushing process, the materials do not directly contact with metal elements, which can reduce the wear of the sand machine equipment. The vortex chamber also adopts air self circulation, which can reduce dust pollution.
