The spring cone crusher is driven by the motor through the triangle belt, big pulley, small bevel gear and big bevel gear of the transmission shaft to rotate the eccentric sleeve. The main shaft rotates and swings under the force of the eccentric sleeve. The crushing wall sometimes approaches and sometimes stays away from the mortar wall.
The materials are constantly impacted, squeezed and bent in the annular crushing cavity composed of the fixed cone and the moving cone to crush. After many times of extrusion, impact and bending, the material is broken and discharged through the lower part.
