Profile
The ball mill is the device that uses grinding ore and other materials to produce satisfactory product particies, and the ball mill designed and manufactured by our company has been widely used in industries like metallurgy, mine, building materials and chemicals domestically and internationally.
The ball mill is mainly composed of the feeding part, charging part, main bearing, tank part, drive part, discharge part and the main motor, The motor drives the body of the ball mill through drive and deceleration of the gear pair to ore grinding medium within the body at the proper rotate speed. Under the function of centrifugal force, friction force and gravity, the motor is raised to certain height and then falls in the state of throwing-up or faling, when materials , within the body are crushed under the impact effect. Meanwhile, due to medium rolling or sliding, materials are grinded under the gringding effect. Grinding materials are ejected from the discharge gate. Upon demands, the ball mill can be equipped with the air clutch, low-speed driving device, jacking device, jet lubrication device and the like. The main bearing of the ball mill can adopt ordinary sliding bearing, hybrid bearing, hydro-static bearing and anti-friction bearing upon demands.
The ball milt can adopt magnetic liner plate as required , its features in thinner liner plate, lighter weight and longer service life compared with that of the metal liner plate, which can reduce energy consumption and improve output, The magnetic liner plate is generally applicable to two-stage process mil. Our company can design and manufacture ball mils of various applications and specifications as required by users.
Feature:
01. Strong adaptability to the material, continuous production, and easy to adjust the fineness of grinding product;
02. Straight cylinder designed at the discharge port, the dry ball mill is equipped with the air-inducing device, which has a good dedusting effect
03. It can be used for open-flow grinding or circulating grinding consisting of a powder separator;
04. Overflow dry ball mill and grid dry ball mill can be selected according to the ore property and discharge way;
05. The output material of dry ball mill after the dry grinding is the qualified material;
06. Dry ball mill can be divided into levorotary type dry ball mill and dextral type dry ball mill according to the grinding process;
07. Simple structure, easy to maintain; the hollow shaft of dry ball mill adopts steel casting, which makes the linear replacement easier;
08. The feed water of dry ball mill should not be too high, otherwise the material is easy to bond, thus resulting in the difficulty of ore discharge.
