Wellhead Gate Valve API6A FC Type 2 9/16" x 5000psi Manual Gate Valve

The FC gate valve features a non-rising stem with a slab gate, Full-Bore Thru-Conduit Design, Floating Slab Gate and Seats , floating seat ring body bushing design to provide safe dependable service. It is available in flanged or threaded ends in standard bore sizes from 1-13/16 thru 4-1/16 in working pressures of 5,000 psi thru 10,000 psi wp. Seat rings, body bushings, gate, stem are easily replaced in the field, Simple routine maintenance program limits repairs, eases operation, protects against corrosion, and extends service life.

Features of FC Gate Valve

* The design of gate valve with reliable and simple gate and seat will reduce on-site service and reduce spare parts stock.

* The seal ring between the seat and body help to create tight seal in low pressure environments. This also helps to prevent granular pollutants from entering into the valve bore and sealing areas.

* The stem seal design covers all pressure ranges and temperature ranges, as well as all fluid mediums in wellhead and manifold applications.

* Metal to metal backseat capability, Self energized stem packing, Non - rising stem, Floating seats, Easy Maintenance.

* Low open-close torque makes our valves easy to operate.

* Meets API 6A standard and NACE MR-01-75.
