The High Pressure Choke Manifold is a kind of well flow control equipment in the wellhead operation, and the choke manifold is used in oil well drilling operation and testing operation to carry out the pressure control technology in the oil and gas well. The choke manifold manufactured by YCJC is conformed with API Spec 16c and NACE Standard MR0175. The 3 1/8" choke manifold with 5000psi working pressure is equipped with FC type gate valve, manual operated adjustable choke valve, double studded adapter flange.

Working principles of the Choke manifold

When the pressure inside the well rises, opening/closing the choke valves(including manual chokes, hydraulic chokes and positive chokes) on the choke manifold can allow the release of the fluid inside the well so as to control casing pressure, which can be directly blown out through the gate valve if the casing pressure is quite high.
