API 16A BOP Shear RAM Pipe RAM For Blowout Preventer FZ35-70

F35-70 shear rams can be used to cut the pipe in a well and completely kill the well. When there is not pipe in the well it can be used as a blind ram. The installation positions of an ordinary ram and a shear ram can be exchanged. That is to say, both an ordinary ram and a shear ram can be installed in any of the ram chambers.

The RAM BOP has the following characteristics:

* The combined type hinge seat of BOP RAM can make the BOP convenient to be maintained and disassembled

* The shaft sealing parts are locked by stainless plates and screws, so that it is to guarantee the reliable sealing of RAM BOP, .

* Seal ring of the side gate adopts reinforced rubber material to guarantee side gate's lifespan and its reliable seal.

* The ram structure makes it's easy to change the rubber core and fore rubber core on the ram. The floating top rubber core can increase the seal reliability. A leading block,which mounted on the foreside of ram assembly, makes the drilling tools have automatic centering function.
