API 6A Oil Well Casing Head with Casing Hanger for Wellhead Equipment

The oil well casing heads are conformed with to API 6A specification, NACE MR-0175 standard, the casing head housing is the component of wellhead equipment and called wellhead "A"section, starting Head, lower-most housing or Braden head and connected with the wellhead Christimas treel. It is the first piece of wellhead component installed at bottom.

Casing Head, as the part of wellhead equipment, is the very important equipment used in drilling process, which is connected to the uppermost end of the surface casing.The casing head can control the wellhead pressure and have outlets to release any pressure as well, so the casing head can provide a pressure seal for subsequent casing strings placed in the well, the casing head allows suspension of intermediate casing strings and the production casing.
