The Details of Silicon Wafer Jar Packaging

This wafer container is designed for 8 inch diameter wafer. It can prevent precision wafer or substrate from damage and contamination during shipping and storing. Each complete set includes four parts: container, cover , ESD PU sponge and separator paper.

The wafer container is packed in antistatic bag, there is also have tyvek paper and foam for you to choose. The Tyvek paper is a spun bound olefin of tough, durable, sheet products of high density polyethylene fibers. The light weight and smooth surface make the Tyvek paper well suited for use as a printable substrate while providing an excellent shelf life. At the same time, the light weight of the wafer Jar also lowers the cost of loading and transportation when the finished product is shipped, and economy and convenience are also one of its advantages.
