Quality Problem Feedbacks and Solving Methods:

1,Brush Hair Losing or Shedding.

There will be some hair losing or shedding, or floating hair,divergent hair phenomenon especially in the natural hair brushes,it is normal circumstances even after many times checking and picking and it is the special "Feature" of the natural hair,please don't often drag the hair out heavily ,but if the hair lossing very badly and affect the daily using,please let us know.

2,Cracked Brush Handle .

If you put the brush handle(especially the wooden handle)in the water or wet environment for a long time,the brush handle maybe got cracked,so,please clean and keep your brush in an air dry condition.

3,Bad Smell

Sometimes but rarely happened,the "bad smell" occurred when you get the brushes,the smell may come from the outside package, the brush natural hair, or the brush paint,we will carefully check these smells before delivery, but if you meet this problem,please try to let the brushes in the windy room for a while, the smell will disappear soon.Please contact us if the smell affected your normal use.

4,Product Chromatism

We have tried hard to keep the picture consistent with the actual product.However,in different light environments or on different display devices(PC,Phone,Tablet etc),the display may deviate from the color of the picture,This is normal,please refer to the actual product received.And moreover,due to the continuous improvement of the painting technology each year,the color may have a slight difference for the same product but in a different batch.
Above product chromatism phenomenon could happen but rarely.

5,Wrong Brush Quantity

The maybe wrong brush quantity in the brush set,the customs staff may take some brush away for safe checking but forget to put back,or the warehous staff wrongly put the numbers or mixed with other model's brushes,we will try to avoid the problem happen,but remember to inform us if you received the wrong brush.

6,Other Feedbacks

Brush Scratches, Leaking Brush Glue, Loosen Brush

There maybe the scratches on the brush handle or brush ferrule,the glue appear outside the combining part between brush ferrule and handle,the loose connection between the brush handle and ferrule,although these problems rarely happened because of our double strict manual checking,I hope you can inform us,we will solve it right away and let you 100% satisfied.
